SAE Baja 2017 – All Terrain Vehicle Development
It’s always proud to say We designed this Beast in our engineering. One and half year of hard work and team effort gave a lot of happiness to all of us. Baja taught us to plan an activity, find the sponsors, meeting deadlines with nothing less in quality and technical aspects like concept design, design calculations, tolerance stack up, material selection, analysis and manufacturing of your own design. I being in power-train department designed our own double stage reduction gearbox coupled with CVTech CVT. Happy to say that I am a product of SAE Baja 2017. Along with Technical skills this very project taught us to handle dead line pressure, to work in team, to manage the money flow and showed us what we could achieve with our engineering knowledge. Baja developed us as a complete engineers.
